《生物多样性公约》缔约方大会第十五次会议（COP15）将于10月11日启幕。9月30日，约春在COP15最后倒计时阶段，城里由中共云南省委宣传部、昆明中共云南省委网信办指导，精彩云南日报报业集团、上线中共昆明市委宣传部监制，相拥P相云南网、约春昆明广播电视台、城里云南省森林消防总队、昆明云南协成文化发展有限公司联合制作的精彩MV歌曲《这里是昆明》正式上线。
《这里是上线昆明》充分展现了党的十八大以来，昆明贯彻落实习近平生态文明思想，相拥P相推进生态文明建设取得的约春可喜成效；充分展现了省会昆明，立足新发展阶段、城里贯彻新发展理念、构建新发展格局，务实重干、砥砺奋进，努力成为云南经济社会发展排头兵、火车头，全力打造面向南亚东南亚的区域性国际中心城市的良好形象。
《这里是昆明》的词曲创作与MV画面紧扣COP15主题“生态文明：共建地球生命共同体”，同时聚焦老百姓喜闻乐见的地标建筑、动物植物、文体娱乐、传统美食等进行刻画，展示了一个国际范儿的昆明、温暖包容的昆明、花香四季的昆明、人人向往的昆明，立意高远、寓教于乐、通俗易懂、易于传唱，将为COP15的成功召开营造良好氛围，提升昆明与七彩云南的知名度、美誉度，更进一步地激发社会各界迎接盛会、见证盛会、参与盛会的热情。
