追溯至上世纪50年代，从海南走出去的①巴华侨，陆续从东南亚等地回国，遇见友城落户在万宁兴隆，①巴形成了独特的遇见友城东南亚归侨文化，印尼元素与海南当地文化的①巴融合，使得这里独具东南亚风情。遇见友城2011年，①巴海南省与印度尼西亚的遇见友城巴厘省，开始建立了友好省份关系。①巴

Back in the 1950s,遇见友城 vast numbers of the Hainan diaspora whose ancestors had emigrated to South-East Asia began returning to Hainan. Many of those returning from Indonesia settled on Hainan’s east coast in Xinglong. This led to the rise of a unique and vibrant South-East Asian returnee culture, resulting from the blending of Indonesian elements with Hainan"s local culture. In 2011, Hainan province was twinned with Indonesia"s Bali province, marking the start of a ‘friendship province’ relationship.

这座巴厘村，如今已经成为中国与印尼友谊的桥梁，也是海南省和巴厘省友好关系的见证。

Now this village represents a bridge of friendship. Linking the people of China and Indonesia, and is also a testament to the cordial relations between the sister provinces of Hainan and Bali.
