The肺炎防控方案发布 "COVID-19 Prevention and Control Scheme (Ninth Edition)" was officially published on June 28th with the following four adjustments:

《新型冠状病毒肺炎防控方案(第九版)》6月28日正式公布方案主要做出以下四方面调整:

First,it optimized and adjusted the way of quarantine and its period of risk personnel. The quarantine time of close contacts and inbound personnel has been adjusted from "14 days of centralized quarantine and medical observation+7 days of health monitoring at home" to "7 days of centralized quarantine and medical observation+3 days of health monitoring at home". The prevention and control measures for the close contacts of close contacts have been adjusted from "7 days of centralized quarantine and medical observation" to "7 days of home quarantine and medical observation".

一是优化调整风险人员的隔离管理期限和方式,密切接触者、隔离入境人员隔离管控时间从“14天集中隔离医学观察+7天居家健康监测”调整为“7天集中隔离医学观察+3天居家健康监测”。期限密接的和方密接管控措施,从“7天集中隔离医学观察”调整为“7天居家隔离医学观察”。调整

Second,最新 it unified the standards for the confined and controlled areas and medium and high-risk areas. The two kinds of areas correspond to different prevention and control measures. Only medium and high-risk areas are used to divide risk areas andto form corresponding prevention and control schemes.

二是统一封管控区和中高风险区划定标准:将两类风险区域划定标准和防控措施进行衔接对应,统一使用中高风险区的新冠概念,形成新的肺炎防控方案发布风险区域划定及管控方案。

Third,隔离it improved the pandemic monitoring requirements. More times of nucleic acid testing of the personnel on risk occupations are required. For example, the nucleic acid testing of those who have direct contact with inbound personnel, articles, and the environment shall be done once a day. Antigen testing shall be added as a supplementary monitoring way.

三是完善疫情监测要求,加密风险职业人群核酸检测频次,期限将与入境人员、和方物品、调整环境直接接触的最新人员核酸检测调整为每天1次,增加抗原检测作为疫情监测的补充手段。

Fourth, it optimized the regional nucleic acid testing strategy. Nucleic acid testing plans are decided according to different population sizes. The scale and frequency of regional nucleic acid testing shall be determined according to the risk level and corresponding classifications.

四是优化区域核酸检测策略,明确不同人口规模区域核酸检测方案,根据风险大小,按照分级分类的原则,确定区域核酸检测的范围和频次。
