It is lower in cost, more secure in time, and more convenient for customs clearance to transport the Belgian artworks by the China-Europe Railway Express. After the Belgian artworks enter Taoxian Park of Shenyang Comprehensive Bonded Zone, while exhibition and trade can be realized in the park, exhibitions and other international culture and artwork exchange activities can be carried out in Liaoning Province and even the whole country.
In order to better carry out the bonded exhibition and trade of artworks, the Shenyang Area of China (Liaoning) Pilot Free Trade Zone plans to build an international artwork bonded service center, including three major functions of international artwork bonded storage, exhibition and trade and public services. The project is scheduled to be completed within this year. Then, Shenyang citizens can go to Taoxian Park of Shenyang Comprehensive Bonded Zone to appreciate foreign art treasures.
